Charter email not working on MAC

If Charter email is not working on Mac then you can add new Charter email account by following below steps;

1.       First you need to open Apple Mail, located in your Applications folder or the dock at the bottom of your screen.

2.       Here, select Mail at the top of your screen, and then choose Preferences from the drop down menu.

3.       Now you need to select Accounts and after that the + icon to at the bottom of the window to create a new account.

4.       You can choose from the mail clients listed and then select Continue.
You should note that you can choose other to add your Charter email account.

5.       Now enter the following information and then select Create:

Full Name: The name that will appear in the from field of your emails.

Email Address: Your complete Charter email address (including @charter.net).

Password: The password for your charter email account.

6.       Now you will be prompted to configure your charter email account manually. You can use the information below to complete the required fields and finish the new email account setup.

Incoming Mail Server

Account Type: IMAP

Mail Server: mobile.charter.net

Username: Full Spectrum email address (including @charter.net)

Password: Spectrum email password (This field should automatically populate)

Outgoing Mail Server

SMTP Server: mobile.charter.net

Choose Use only this server.

Select Use authentication.

Username: Full charter email (including @charter.net)

Password: charter email password
